somewhere between san mateo and half moon bay. i always love to drive the winding road that takes us from our house to the ocean.the picturesque hills of the san andreas fault. the clear water of the crystal springs reservoir. the crisp air and the fog that greet you as you ascend to the top of the hills. and last but not least the rustic green houses and sculpture exibitions on the way with those rusty metal dinosaurs that almost become a part of the landscape in my mind. driving on this road we dicovered the pacific for the first time. and this is the first place we take our guest ever since.
